As part of our continued growth and our mission to give you best possible service, we have upgraded our system.
Most of the changes will be invisible to you, but we want to bring one or two changes to your notice.
1. Invoice payments.
As of today (16/08/09) Any hosting invoices overdue more than 29 days will result in suspension of the account on the 30th day. ( you will get one invoice and three reminders)
If your account is not brought up to date by 60th day, your account will be terminated & all content deleted without warning. This is an automated process and is not reversable.
2. Invoices.
We will email you an invoice to the email address we have on our records.
Please logon to your client area (http://www.saltirehosting.co.uk/client ) & make sure your details are correct. Also make sure all email filters are set to allow emails from Saltire Hosting and that your email inbon is not full.
One of the other changes we will be implementing, is, sending out paper invoices. These will be sent out when the second reminder is emailed. So could you please ensure that your address in client area is correct.
